About Us

Prestige K9 is a small kennel; however, not a hobby or backyard breeder. We choose to limit the number of dogs that we train so that they can have the attention they need to reach optimum performance level. Most people consider their dogs part of the family, so we try to start the process by familiarizing them to various conditions like riding in the car, being in the house with the family, playing at the park, being outside in a fenced yard or a kennel, and of course being in crates. We do everything we can to help them reach their full potential.

My father, Steve, has been training for well over 25 years. I have been assisting him with it since I could talk. Dogs have always been a huge part of our lives. We take all that experience and blend it together, realizing each dog needs to be handled differently according to their temperament. And that is how we produce dogs that represent Prestige K9.
